The hotel's location right in the center of the new Astana was fantastic. I was just a short walk away from the Bayterek tower and other key attractions in the city. the cleanliness of the hotel was great, from the bed linen to the overall interior. The staff, especially the receptionists, were helpful and even spoke some English, easier for me to make reservations and get directions.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with most of the attractions within walking distance. it is conveniently close to the city center, allowing for easy access to shops and restaurants. Some positive aspects of the rooms include clean bed linen and the availability of an empty refrigerator. The staff provided good customer service, with one receptionist being particularly welcoming and helpful.
The hotel lacks proper soundproofing, leading to disturbances from neighboring rooms.
